Summary
Drop-in at your leisure for a full day expo to improve body and mind! Fitness classes will be offered by Darien’s popular fitness experts - come to one or all five! Visit the cryotherapy, Playa Bowls, jewelry making with Newport Academy, functional nutrition and mental health resource tables! This is a COVID-friendly, and socially distanced event that is open from 11:30am -5pm. All event proceeds benefit The Depot Youth Center.
